So yes seems 13,300 calories a week calorie burn is still out of reach for my routine :/ If you calculate it, TDEE x 7 + 7-day Expenditure = 2,100 x 7 = 14,700 + 10,500 = 25,200 calories burned per week. Would amount to 25,200 / 7 = 3,600 Calories per day. Still a bit off from the 4000 daily but I guess I'll have to do with it.
